The following report is the result of the work of many individuals with different market perspectives. Based on publicly available data and a broader analysis thereof, we have summarized the current profile and status of the CCC group. We draw attention to the widely discussed issue of indebtedness and the challenging macroeconomic environment. In the entire CCC-related puzzle, there are many elements that open up a wide field for speculation. In the context of rescuing the company, we have scrutinized its founder — Dariusz Miłek — and his asset structure.
